Submitted demos & promos (audio/video files)
Purpose: Handling booking inquiries, artist management, demo evaluation.
Data will not be shared externally without explicit consent.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance/pre-contractual measures),
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – internal evaluation).
Retention: Data from unanswered inquiries/deleted demos is deleted after 30 days.
b) Newsletter Registration
Collected data: Email address
Purpose: Regular information on Activated Records news, events, releases.
Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Retention: Until withdrawal of consent (unsubscribe link in each newsletter).
